The effect of Septoria glycines and fungicide application on soybean phyllosphere microbiome

The goal of this study were 1) using a long-read sequencing platform (Oxford Nanopore) to characterize the fungal microbiome in soybean phyllosphere, 2) to study the effect of fungicide application and S. glycines on the soybean phyllosphere microbiome, and 3) to study the differences between fungal communities at different developmental stages and cultivars.
