Burkholderia graminis C4D1M. Burkholderia graminis C4D1M (ATCC 700544, CCUG 42231, CIP 106649, LMG 18924) is the type strain and was isolated in 1994 from a rhizoplane sample of a corn senescent root system in Cote Saint Andre, France. This strain will be used for comparative genome analysis.
