Molecular mechanism of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg extracts in alleviating intestinal inflammation

Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg extracts are known to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and clinical phenotypic analyses have been conducted in this area, but the molecular mechanisms of thier effects are not well understood. In this study, we gavaged mice with intestinal inflammation after DSS modeling with Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg extracts, and then performed transcriptome sequencing and metabolome sequencing on the experimental animals to analyze the molecular mechanism of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg extracts to alleviate intestinal inflammation in mice.
