KyFromAbove Phase3 Statewide Imagery False Color Infrared (Image Service)

KyFromAbove Phase3 leaf-off 3" ortho imagery rendered using a False Color Infrared function and provided as a dynamic image service in Kentucky Single Zone Coordinate System (3089). The imagery was acquired during 2022-2024 at a 3" resolution. The Phase3 project called for the planning, acquisition, processing, and derivative products of imagery data to be collected at a ground sample distance (GSD) of 0.25 foot. Project specifications are based on the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) standards. The data were developed based on a horizontal projection/datum of NAD 1983 StatePlane Kentucky FIPS 1600 Feet, Foot US. Imagery data were delivered as 0.25 foot 8-bit 4-band (RGB-IR) GeoTIFF (COGs) tiles.
