Ensemble and smFRET dataset for the Hsp70/Hsp90-mediated folding of firefly luciferase

Summary Dataset contains (predominantly) pre-processed data for single-molecule FRET (smFRET) and other biochemical data (e.g., luciferase refolding assays). For smFRET experiments, the conformation of individual firefly luciferase protein variants (containing FRET pairs at different positions on the protein) were monitored in real-time in the presence of various combinations of the bacterial Hsp70/Hs90 chaperone systems (i.e., DnaJ, DnaK, HtpG, GrpE). These experiments were analyzed using MASH-FRET and fit with a Hidden Markov Model using vbFRET, with the collated datasets provided as .dat files. Data is published as a pre-print in BioRxiv (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.04.22.590477v1.abstract) - Note, however, that while the data for the main figures (e.g, Fig 1, 2, 3) are in the corresponding files within this repository many of the supplementary figure numbers have changed since initial publishing of the preprint.
