“税务智能客服知识语义理解数据集”由我公司从国家税务总局官网的信息公开栏目中系统采集,涵盖500余份税务相关法律法规政策文件,包括法律、行政法规、国务院文件、税务部门规章等7种分类。数据专员结合法律专业知识,按不同用户角色和业务场景设计问答体系,通过提示词工程与语义扩展技术,生成592条高质量税务问答对,并通过规则引擎生成多变体问法。

This Tax Intelligent Customer Service Knowledge Semantic Understanding Dataset was systematically collected by our company from the public information section of the official website of the State Taxation Administration. It covers over 500 tax-related legal, regulatory and policy documents, falling into 7 categories including laws, administrative regulations, documents issued by the State Council, and tax department rules. With the support of legal professional knowledge, data specialists designed a question-answering framework tailored to different user roles and business scenarios. Subsequently, 592 high-quality tax question-answer pairs were generated using prompt engineering and semantic expansion technologies, and varied question formulations were produced via a rule engine.
