Young Queer Women and Sapphic People’s Affective-Temporal Engagements with Queer History on Social Media

This thesis investigates how young queer women and sapphic people engage with queer histories on social media. Drawing on participants’ reflections, the thesis maps how queer pasts are narrativised and circulated online, and examines how young people use this historical knowledge to shape their sense of self and place in the world.
