Genomic insights into the biology of natural enemy, a solitary parasitoid wasp Microplitis manilae (Braconidae: Microgastrinae)

We assembled a 293.18 Mb draft genome of <em>Microplitis manilae</em> with a GC content estimated at 31.40%. A total of 670,596 repeat sequences (165.14 Mb) were predicted, accounting for 57.99% of whole genome. The top five abundant repeat categories were unclassified (27.93%), DNA transposons (12.76%), LTR elements (9.56%), LINEs (2.23%) and simple repeats (2.75%). Here,we provided the related source filies of genome annotations of <em>Microplitis manilae</em>.
