GEX and ATAC count matrices for pEM040 sgRNA singlets

AnnData objects containing gene expression and ATAC tile matrices for 4,724 cells assigned exactly one sgRNA, using sgRNA expression vector pEM040. Gene expression AnnData can be analyzed with Scanpy; ATAC AnnData can be analyzed with SnapATAC2. These datasets were analyzed to produce results and figures in Metzner*, Southard* et al., Cell Systems 2025.
