Microbial diversity and density in deep-geothermal fluids of Sistan Region-Iran

This study investigates the microbial diversity and population abundance in the deep-water ecosystems of Sistan, Iran, focusing on their ecological roles and potential biotechnological applications. The primary objective is to compare the microbial communities of Sistan's deep water with those of other aquatic environments, including semi-wells, Maharloo Lake, Urmia Lake, and hot springs in Ardabil and Bandar Abbas.
