Hourly Global Irradiation from Meteorological Data

The hourly irradiance I(h) is obtained for each location (Amsterdam, Naples, and Doha) from the PV Geographical Information System (PVGIS) database using the PVGIS-SARAH2 dataset and averaging the irradiation in the years 2005-2020. It represents the global irradiance impinging on a surface whose Azimuth and Slope angles have been optimized by PVGIS.各站点的小时辐照度I(h)获取方式如下：针对阿姆斯特丹、那不勒斯与多哈三个站点，我们从光伏地理信息系统（PV Geographical Information System，PVGIS）数据库中调取数据，采用PVGIS-SARAH2数据集，并对2005年至2020年的辐照量取平均值，最终得到各站点的小时辐照度I(h)。该辐照度代表照射在经PVGIS优化了方位角与倾角的光伏接收表面上的总辐照度。
