Metagenome from Brazilian Mangroves sediments

Characterization the microbial community structure and functional diversity of mangroves sediments from "Baia de Todos os Santos" (BTS, All Saints Bay), the largest bay in Brazil and the second largest in the world. Sampling included conserved, anthropized, and petroleum refinery-adjacent estuaries.
