Dataset for Bimbard et al., 2022

Dataset from large-scale recordings using Neuropixels probes in mouse visual cortex during a passive audiovisual protocol. <br> Companion code at https://github.com/cbimbo/Bimbard2022. <br> The main dataset (ONEformat.tar.gz) contains the spiking data (after spike sorting), the behavioural data (after running <em>facemap)</em> and the experiment metadata (stimuli ID and times). The data is organized by experiment name (mouse and date). Each experiment folder contains the data in ONE format, and a pre-processed file that can also be obtained using the <em>processData_paper </em>function. Detailed information about the data format is in the README. <br> In addition, the anatomy of the cut for each transectomized animal is provided as a .obj (obtained using brainreg-segment) in a separate tar.gz file (TransectomyAnat.tar.gz). <br> Finally, all stimuli used in the study are available (Stimuli.tar.gz).
