Lite Database for iav_serotype

Sequence and metadata files for use with `iav_serotype`. With this version of the database, use iav_serotype version 0.1.2 or later. This database is a dramatically reduced database with representatives from most of the influenza A serotypes plus influenza B, C, and D.
