A CONCEPTUAL AND METHODOLOGİCAL MODEL FOR DEVELOPİNG PROFESSİONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECİALİSTS BASED ON SİBBOARD TECHNOLOGY

This article addresses the problem of enhancing the professional competence of future specialists in the context of ongoing educational modernization. It proposes and substantiates a conceptual and methodological model based on the integration of sibboard technology as an innovative pedagogical tool. The study outlines the structural components of the model, identifies key pedagogical conditions for its effective implementation, and analyzes its impact on learners’ cognitive, practical, and communicative development. The findings demonstrate that the integration of interactive and practice-oriented technologies significantly improves students’ readiness for professional activity.
