The dataset include data collected during lab-scale bioremediation assay to evaluate the performance of hydrocarbon removal from the polluted soil matrix of the assayed biologic systems, consisting in sunflower plants that were treated with two hydrocarbon degrading bacteria. Data include the measurements of the concentration of target hydrocarbon molecules in a polluted soil after a biostimulation treatment performed on sunflower plants that were treated with the bacterial strains Acinetobacter calcoaceticus P320 and Rhodococcus jostii B12.
