Heat load of ITER PF HTS current lead prototype

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of 5K heat load for ITER high temperature superconducting current lead test, according to the IO design requirements,the shunt components of ITER high temperature superconducting current lead were designed and optimized. In order to check the heat load performance of shunt components,the material parameters were studied, physical model for shunt component was established,then theoretical value was calculated,and heat load also was tested using the Enthalpy potential method. By comparing these results,the theoretical value and test value are almost undifferentiated and IO design requirements is wet. The successful application of ITER shunt components will provide technical guidance for the design,manufacture and test of CFETR high - temperature superconducting current lead shunt components.
