Bacterial diversity of Symbiodiniaceae-enriched fractions Raw sequence reads

The aim of this project was to evaluate microbial communities associated with Symbiodiniaceae in corals and to characterize Vibrio strains enriched in these fractions, in order to better understand their roles in coral health and probiotic potential.
