Assessment of antibiotic pharmacokinetics, molecular biomarkers and clinical status in critically ill adults diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia

The protocol of a clinical study aimed at the characterization of the pharmacokinetics of piperacillin and tazobactam and its association with the concentrations of inflammatory markers and adrenal steroids during CAP therapy will be investigated in up to 40 critically ill patients.一项旨在表征哌拉西林他唑巴坦（piperacillin and tazobactam）药代动力学特征，并分析其在社区获得性肺炎（Community Acquired Pneumonia, CAP）治疗期间与炎症标志物及肾上腺类固醇激素浓度相关性的临床研究方案，将在至多40名重症患者中开展。
