muscle transcriptional changes with rs6190 SNP genocopy in mice

this dataset encompasses the muscle transcriptomic changes elicited in quadriceps of 4months-old male mice comparing homozygous carriers of the rs6190 genocopy allele (homo) versus homozygous carriers of the reference allele (WT). Overall design: Mice were obtained and interbred from the CCHMC Transgenic Core facility, genotypes were confirmed through sequencing during the first generations then routinely checked thwough PCR. Analyses were performed at ~16 weeks of age in male littermate mice from heterozygous parents. Tissues were harvested at ~ZT4 and immediately flash-frozen for downtream analyses.
