NHMD Vascular Plants Collection

<p>The Botanical Collections contain approximately 2,900,000 occurrences of plant material in different preservations. The largest collections comprise the seven herbaria. The museum also handles the Agricultural University&#39;s Herbarium and Queen Ingrid&#39;s Herbarium with plants from Gråsten&#39;s Castle Gardens.</p>
<p>Generous support from the Aage V. Jensen Charity Foundation made the digitization of NHMD’s collections of vascular plants of Greenland possible.</p>
<p>De Botaniske samlingerne omfatter ca. 2.900.000 indsamlinger. De største samlinger udgøres af de syv herbarier. Museet varetager også Landbohøjskolens Herbarium og Dronning Ingrids Herbarium med planter fra Gråstens Slotshave.</p>
<p>Gavmild støtte fra Aage V. Jensen Naturfund har gjort det muligt at digitisere museets store samlinger af Grønlands karplanter.</p>
