RSMC Tokyo Forecast Error Database

This database describes the errors in tropical cyclone (TC) operational forecasts issued by RSMC Tokyo. The data were manually compiled based on the appendices of "Annual Report of Activitis of the RSMC Tokyo - Typhoon Center" during 1992-2020. This is NOT official database by Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) BUT the individual work of Kosuke Ito. Any faults regarding to this database should be ascribed to Kosuke Ito.
