Transcriptome analysis of Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-infected and Influenza A/H1N1-infected nasal turbinate and lung tissues

We report the application of RNA sequencing for transcriptome analysis of SARS-CoV-2-infected and Influenza A-infected Human nasal turbinate and lung tissues, enabling the study of tissue responses to viral infections Nasal turbinate tissues from three individuals and Lung tissues from five individuals, were either SARS-CoV-2-, Influenza A- or mock-infected and subjected to transcriptome analysis.
