Genomic and transcriptomic sequencing of Nicotiana benthamiana. Nicotiana benthamiana

Nicotiana benthamiana is a known expression platform for recombinant glycoproteins. We sequenced the genome and the transcriptome of a wild type and of a transgenic line (ΔXT/FT) maintained in our institution, performed gene prediction, functional annotation, differential gene expression analysis and variant calling.
