(1)2021YFB2601003-19-普速钢轨伤损调研、磨耗试验数据集 普速钢轨伤损调研、磨耗试验数据集与8.4“高运量、大轴重服役条件下钢轨综合养修及耐久性提升技术”相对应,是课题三研究产生的科学数据。 数据集的内容:文件内包含了大秦重载铁路试验区段钢轨2013~2023年的工务伤损记录以及项目组伤损库内的重伤记录,用于建立和使用层次贝叶斯模型并探究钢轨服役性能的演变规律;此外还包含不同钢轨材料在不同润滑介质下的磨耗特性研究数据,包括失重数据、力学性能变化数据等;其中现场跟踪试验数据主要为大秦重载铁路钢轨轨面摩擦系数跟踪数据及钢轨廓形文件。 数据类型:xlsx、ban 采集方案:重伤数据源自工务及项目组各自的伤损数据库;实验室数据来源:在实验室对不同钢轨材料在不同润滑介质下的磨耗特性进行研究,并使用多种测量设备对试样的失重情况、硬度变化情况、晶粒组织变化等方面进行表征测量,并对不同润滑介质的减磨率进行计算分析;在大秦重载铁路、北同蒲重载铁路设立跟踪试验段,对安放了道旁式润滑设备或打磨过后的钢轨其廓形及不同位置的摩擦系数进行测量和分析。 采集地点:北京、朔州 采集时间:2023年3月~2024年3月 采集设备:Miniprof、摩擦系数仪、电子分析天平、维氏硬度计、扫描电镜、计算机等。 质量控制说明:伤损数据上传和下载途径均经过审核,同时项目组数据库每处伤损均有报告号进行对应;实验室研究参考国内多所高校文献及其研究方法,同时实验接触应力计算借助仿真模拟及赫兹接触法则得出,实验结果与预期相符。现场跟踪试验借助多条真实重载轨道测量数据,可直观展示润滑脂用量、打磨方法及钢轨材料对磨耗性能的影响,保证研究结果的真实性。

# 2021YFB2601003-19 Dataset for Common-speed Rail Damage Investigation and Wear Test This dataset for common-speed rail damage investigation and wear test corresponds to the project 8.4 "Technology for Comprehensive Maintenance and Durability Improvement of Rails Under High Traffic and Heavy Axle Load Service Conditions", and it is scientific data generated from the research of Task 3. ## Dataset Content The dataset contains track maintenance damage records of rails in the test section of Daqin Heavy-Haul Railway from 2013 to 2023, as well as severely damaged records from the project team's damage database, which are used to establish and apply hierarchical Bayesian models and explore the evolution law of rail service performance. In addition, it includes research data on wear characteristics of different rail materials under different lubricating media, including weight loss data, mechanical property change data and other related data. Among them, the field tracking test data mainly include rail surface friction coefficient tracking data and rail profile files of Daqin Heavy-Haul Railway. ## Data Types xlsx, ban ## Collection Scheme The severely damaged data are sourced from respective damage databases of track maintenance departments and the project team. Sources of laboratory data: Research on the wear characteristics of different rail materials under different lubricating media is conducted in the laboratory, and various measuring equipment are used to characterize and measure the weight loss, hardness change, grain structure change and other aspects of the specimens, and calculate and analyze the anti-wear rate of different lubricating media. Tracking test sections are set up on Daqin Heavy-Haul Railway and Beitongpu Heavy-Haul Railway to measure and analyze the profiles and friction coefficients at different positions of rails installed with wayside lubrication equipment or ground rails. ## Collection Locations Beijing, Shuozhou ## Collection Time March 2023 to March 2024 ## Collection Equipment Miniprof, friction coefficient tester, electronic analytical balance, Vickers hardness tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM), computers, etc. ## Quality Control Instructions The upload and download channels of damage data have been reviewed, and each damage record in the project team's database corresponds to a unique report number. The laboratory research refers to literatures and research methods from multiple domestic universities. Meanwhile, the calculation of experimental contact stress is carried out with the help of simulation and Hertz contact theory, and the experimental results are consistent with expectations. The field tracking test uses measurement data from multiple real heavy-haul railways to intuitively demonstrate the impacts of lubricant dosage, grinding methods and rail materials on wear performance, ensuring the authenticity of the research results.
