In this experiment, the indoor culture experiment of the combination application of microalgae and beneficial bacteria was carried out on tobacco-growing soil, and the symbiotic relationship between microalgae and beneficial bacteria was clearly studied, so as to select the combination of algae and bacteria with good symbiosis for later field application. Eight treatments including microalgae, XQ biocontrol bacteria, Bacillus subtilis, Englan microbial inoculum, microalgae and XQ biocontrol bacteria, microalgae and Bacillus subtilis, microalgae and Englan microbial inoculum and blank control were set up, and the soil physical and chemical properties were continuously cultured indoors for 35 days. The molecular biology techniques such as fluorescence quantitative PCR and Illumina Miseq sequencing were used to analyze the succession law of soil bacterial community abundance and composition, and to reveal the effects of microalgae combined with Bacillus subtilis on soil physical and chemical properties and bacterial communities.
