- Given are the HDF files containing the raw diffraction patterns, and the reconstructed files.- The metadata for the reconstruction of each dataset is stored in the raw files, and in the reconstructed files- For each scenario, the Fourier ring correlation (FRC) was calculated against the reconstruction with a single beam as reference, and against the corresponding region for the simulated dataset.
