Thailand (2011): FoQus on Factors Associated with Sexual Risk Behaviors among Transgenders in Pattaya, Sattahip and Sriracha.

The objective of this study is to provide input data for the development of an intervention to promote the use of condom, water-based lubricant, VCT service, and STI screening. This study emphasizes (the change in) behaviors of TGs residing in Pattaya, Sattahip and Sriracha areas of Chonburi province. This study conducted the interviews with TGs aged 18-35 years who reported that they had more than one sexual partner during the prior period of 3 months. The volunteers were sampled into different study groups according to the practice of condom use at last sex, their age, and the pattern of their work.
