<b>Comparative study on health and prognosis of periodontal soft tissue in traditional and minimally invasive restorations using microscopy</b>

The clinical data of 84 patients who underwent restorative treatment for dental caries were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were categorized into two groups based on the type of restoration they received. The control group (n=40) (CG) received conventional restorative treatment and the observation group (n=44) (OG) received microscopic minimally invasive restorations. Restorative outcomes, marginal closeness, periodontal soft tissue health (OHIP-14 score), prognostic results, satisfaction rate, and physician's postural health were compared between the two groups.
