Effects of malathion on the composition of gut microbiota in wild-type and APP/PS1 mice

This study explores the neurodegenerative disease risk of malathion in mice at environmentally relevant concentrations, and try to reveal the underlying mechanism of malathion-induced Alzheimer's disease-like cognitive impairment from the perspective of the microbiota-gut-brain axis.
