Aligning public funding and innovation: A successful ICT case study in Spain

This supplementary material compiles the empirical evidence supporting the validation of the Agile Innovation Funding Framework (AIF\u00b2) and the LEGO Strategy within a real ICT industry context. It includes 49 Work Products (WPs) across 15 Innovation Areas (IAs) evaluated during the case study at Emergya Group. Each item documents tangible outputs such as procedures, templates, reports, and KPIs demonstrating the company\u2019s progression to Maturity Level 2. The evidence substantiates the improvements measured in efficiency, funding effectiveness, and innovation capability, providing transparency and reproducibility to the empirical validation process detailed in the paper.
