Benchmarking Isolatrix, high-throughput single cell dispensing instrument using an inkjet printhead

This project develops and validates Isolatrix, a single-cell dispensing instrument leveraging inkjet technology with real-time optical feedback and machine learning classification for high-throughput single-cell isolation. The device was applied to generate DLP+ scWGS profiles from immortalized human cell lines and primary mouse liver tissue.
