This dataset contains information regarding the cold fusion patented methods (both application and granted patents). The following databases have been used for data mining: - Espacenet (a free of charge database provided by the European Patent Office), accessed on Nov. 15, 2021 - Orbit Intelligence (FamPat) (a fee-based database provided by Questel), accessed on Nov. 15, 2021 In all databases, searches were not limited to the type of patent publication nor to the time of filing. Searches in Espacenet were performed in the full text, obtaining 447 results, while in Orbit were carried out in the title/abstract/claims field. From Orbit 1,135 patent families were retrieved (only 297 are still alive, of which 160 are granted and 137 are pending). The Espacenet files contain information related to Title, Inventors, Applicants, Publication number, Earliest priority, IPC, CPC, Publication date, Earliest publication, and Family number. The Orbit files contain information related to Priority numbers, Application numbers, Publication numbers, Priority dates, Application dates, Publication dates, Title, Abstract, Current assignees, Claims, CPC - Cooperative classification, IPC - International classification, Technology domain. The patent searches were carried out by keywords and classification codes. Both IPC (International Patent Classification) and CPC (Cooperative Patent Classification) codes were used. 本数据集收录了与冷聚变专利方法(涵盖专利申请与授权专利)相关的全部信息。 本次数据挖掘所用数据库如下: - 欧洲专利局提供的免费数据库Espacenet,检索日期为2021年11月15日 - Questel公司提供的付费数据库Orbit Intelligence(FamPat),检索日期为2021年11月15日 所有数据库的检索均未限定专利公开类型与申请提交时间。其中,Espacenet采用全文检索模式,共获得447条检索结果;Orbit则针对标题、摘要与权利要求字段开展检索。 从Orbit中共检索到1135个专利族,其中仅297个仍处于有效状态,包含160件授权专利与137件待审专利。 Espacenet数据集包含以下字段信息:标题、发明人、申请人、公开号、最早优先权、国际专利分类(IPC)、合作专利分类(CPC)、公开日期、最早公开日期以及专利族号。 Orbit数据集包含以下字段信息:优先权号、申请号、公开号、优先权日期、申请日期、公开日期、标题、摘要、当前受让人、权利要求、CPC(合作专利分类)、IPC(国际专利分类)以及技术领域。 本次专利检索采用关键词与分类代码相结合的方式,同时使用了IPC(国际专利分类)与CPC(合作专利分类)两类分类代码。 本数据集的核心应用价值为现有技术检索。 所用分类代码的定义如下: G21B3/00:低温核聚变反应堆,例如所称的冷聚变反应堆 G21B1/00:热核聚变反应堆 G21D7/04:直接从聚变或裂变反应中获取电能的装置(从放射源获取电能参见G21H1/00)•采用热电元件或热离子转换器(燃料元件与热电元件或热离子转换器的结构组合参见G21C3/40、G21H1/10;热电元件本身参见H01L35/00、H01L37/00) G21D3/002:核电站控制(核反应通用控制参见G21C7/00)•计算机实现的控制••堆芯设计;堆芯模拟;堆芯优化 Y02E30/10:核能发电技术•核聚变反应堆
