HiC Capture Imprinted Gene Panel

We have set up a Region Capture HiC panel for the following human imprinted gene loci in chromosomes: 1 (DIRAS3, 4.4 Mb), 14 (DLK1, 2.8 Mb), 15 (SNRPN, 1.6 Mb), 11 (IGF2-H19, 1.3 Mb), and 8 (PEG13, 0.8 Mb). 11 non-imprinted loci were also included as control loci. Probes were designed to tile the regions and were purchased from Agilent. HiC capture was performed using restriction enzyme MboI. Two biological replicates of the 1-7HB2 human mammary epithelial cell line, WT1 and WT2, were sequenced using HiSeq 50bp Paired End sequencing on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, UK.
