In order to define the cohort of genes whose expression is regulated by TRIM21 in CRC, we constructed HCT8 cells stably infected with lentivirus carrying control shRNA (shNC) or TRIM21 shRNA (sh1). Subsequently, total RNA was isolated and then performed transcriptome RNA sequence. Overall design: We had two groups: (1) shNC and (2) sh1. Each group had 3 biological replicates.
