Data from: Management-induced micro-ecosystems in crop fields alter the functional trait composition of arable plant communities

Data used for RLQ analysis. Include trait table, environment table and species table. 
Traits/species table: EQUAR, PLAMA and SPRAR were removed due to few observations. CHEPR and TAROF were removed due to lack of traits data.
