Palaeoloxodon raw data

This data file contains raw measurments from rib histology in fossil specimens of Palaeoloxodon antiquus and P. creutzburgi. The data include: osteon population density, osteon area, Haversian canal area, bone area, and Haversian canal to osteon area ratio. There are two categories of data: raw and adjusted by cortical width measured from thin sections.
