Data uploaded correspond to figures within the associated publication which is open access. Comparison of 2D, 3D In Vitro, and Ex Vivo Platforms for Modeling the Rat Small Intestine. All data is provided in excel format. Data are provided in separate tabs corresponding to experiment. Figure 2: EVOM data is provided as mean +- SD values as recorded using the EVOM. Figure 3: Impedance data is provided as mean +-SD across the frequency range 100000 - 0.1 Hz. Raw impedance data for device monoculture and co-cultures as acquired from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements is provided under 'raw data' tabs. Figure 4: Data corresponding to changes in barrier integrity by EVOM measurement, EIS measurement, and Ussing chamber measurement, are provided as normalised to the baselines, before treatment, in each experiment. Figure S1B data shows micro CT pore size distribution for scaffolds of varying composition. Figure S1C provides mean resistance values for different scaffold concentrations over a 12 day period. Figure S1D/E provide impedance data tabulated by impedance, and phase, against frequency for corresponding measurements at day 0 and day 12. Figure S3a provide impedance data tabulated by impedance, and phase, against frequency for corresponding measurements at day 0 and day 14.
