This dataset contains single-cell transcriptomic data of 54,103 cells from 5 patients with colorectal cancer, of which 29,481 cells are derived from tumor tissues and 24,622 from adjacent non-malignant tissues. The data is provided as Seurat objects, which include a gene expression matrix and 58 finely annotated cell types, and also comes with the raw filtered matrix processed by Cell Ranger 3. Featuring a large scale and diverse cell types, this dataset is suitable for applications such as tumor microenvironment analysis, immune cell infiltration research, and cancer-specific biomarker discovery.
