The project includes the raw data and the R scripts to assess: 1) the transgnerational effects of aphid herbivory under controled conditions indoors and under natural conditions outdoors (TGP data) 2) the effects of external tyramine supplementation and TYDC overexpression on plants and aphid fitness (tyramine data) 3) the effects of external methyl jasmonate on plant and aphid fitness (MeJA data).
