3 months age male STAT3 transgenic mice dorsal skin were shaved and performed intradermal injection of recombinant murine IL-17 (2μg / mouse) (peprotech, San Diego, CA).At the same time, C57BL/6J mice and STAT3 mice were by intradermal injection of 0.1 mL PBS (n=3 per group).
