Chronic recordings in HVC with silicon probe arrays in singing zebra finches.

We recorded extracellularly from HVC nucelus of birds chronically implanted with 16/32 site Si Probes, while they freely sang, simultaneously with their song (recorded through an Earthworks m-30 microphone). We sorted the spikes usling kilosort/klusta. We present the sorted spikes (not manually curated), the full microphone recordings, and the timestamps where the onset of each instance of a courtship song motif was detected.Data is in the .kwik format (https://klusta.readthedocs.io/en/latest/kwik/).我们对慢性植入16/32通道硅探针（Si Probes）的鸟类的HVC核（HVC nucleus）开展细胞外记录，同步采集其自由鸣唱时的鸣曲信号（通过Earthworks M-30麦克风录制）。我们使用KiloSort/Klusta对采集到的神经锋电位（spikes）进行分拣。本数据集提供未经手动校正的已分拣锋电位数据、完整的麦克风录音，以及每一段求偶鸣曲母题（courtship song motif）起始时刻的时间戳。所有数据采用.kwik格式存储（详见https://klusta.readthedocs.io/en/latest/kwik/）。
