Loci were selected if any variant in strong LD with the CKDGen lead variant was significantly associated with ln(eGFRcrea) in CHRIS. Consequently, for each locus, we report either the CKDGen lead variant (if this was significantly associated with ln(eGFRcrea) in CHRIS) or the CKDGen variant, in LD with the lead variant, which was most strongly associated with ln(eGFRcrea) in CHRIS (see Methods).
