Applications from the winning communities for the [Free Digital Territory label](https://territoire-numerique-libre.org/), in csv format. A label initiated in 2016 by the ADULLACT association, with the support of other associations and institutions recognised for their actions in favor of the free software world, aiming to encourage free digital uses within local and regional authorities. It is an independent label, totally free and open to all French local authorities: villages and cities, but also EPCI, departments and regions. To award the Free Digital Territory label, the jury evaluates the involvement and initiatives of the territorial community in various areas. _What is the Free Digital Territory label for?_ — It highlights the use of Free software and operating systems within local and regional authorities. — It also values the openness of public data, as well as the use of open formats to facilitate exchanges. — It takes into account the pooling of resources, and initiatives that promote Free digital within the community. — It concerns the whole population: both elected officials and territorial agents, as well as citizens of the community.
