Thesis Appendices for Circular Economy Benchmarking: EU-27, Türkiye, and Lebanon, 2018/2020/2022

This record archives the thesis appendix workbook prepared for the circular economy benchmarking study covering the EU-27, Türkiye, and Lebanon in 2018, 2020, and 2022. The workbook documents the empirical appendix materials used to support the thesis framework. It includes the indicator codebook, master long-format dataset, country-year view, audited decision matrices, data-treatment log, method dictionary, source trace, source-method notes, population inputs, CRITIC objective weights, TOPSIS outputs, EDAS outputs, combined rankings, ELECTRE-Tree ordered classes, and validation checks. The dataset follows the production-and-consumption and waste-pressure indicator scope of the thesis. The indicators include material footprint, resource productivity, waste generation per capita, generation of waste excluding major mineral wastes per GDP unit, municipal waste generation, packaging waste generation, plastic packaging waste generation, and food waste where comparable coverage is available. Food waste is included for 2020 and 2022 only. This Zenodo record is intended to preserve the thesis appendices and empirical audit trail in a citable form. It is not a publication of the full thesis manuscript and is not a journal-article supplement.
