Sequencing of 16s rRNA gene in mouse gut microbiota

In our investigation, 16S rRNA gene sequencing was utilized to evaluate changes in gut microbiota composition between Control and Stress mice. Through 16S rRNA sequencing, information can be obtained about the different bacteria genera and strains present in the gut microbiota. This helps to understand the composition of the microbiota, including the relative abundance of beneficial, harmful and other microorganisms.
