C3 CPR update

Excel sheet containing PCI,Calanus I-IV, Para-Pseudocalanus spp., Temora longicornis, Acartia spp. (unidentified), Centropages typicus, Oithona spp., Total traverse (small) Copepods, Calanus finmarchicus, Calanus helgolandicus, Calanus V-VI Total (Atlantic-fin hel glac), Metridia lucens, Decapoda larvae (Total), Euphausiacea Total, Copepod nauplii, Copepod eggs, Cnidaria tissue, Pseudocalanus elongatus Adult, Pseudocalanus spp. adult Total, total diatoms, total dinoflagellates and total large copepods, for CPR Standard Area C3, 2020-2021. Excel file contains sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for the above taxa. For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon.
