Targeted gene expression on human monocyte derived dendritic cells to investigate the effect of our adjuvant system on the maturation and activation using the nCounter Human PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel by Nanostring. Monocyte derived dendritic cells were electroporated with mRNA adjuvant system. After 24 hours the cells were prepared for RNA isolation (3 donors). As a control eGFP mRNA was included.
