Discrete Subdomains Establish Epigenetic Diversity in Subtelomeric Heterochromatin in Fission Yeast

This deposit contains the flow cytometry data and R analysis scripts associated with the publication. 1. The FC data folder includes individual flow cytometry experiments, each containing raw data, processed data, and a decoder file with sample-specific information. The folder also includes an overview linking each experiment to the corresponding manuscript figure panels, together with a README file describing the folder structure and guiding data navigation. 2. The R analysis script is divided into three sections: the core flow cytometry analysis used to generate processed data and two-dimensional hexbin plots; calculation of the fraction of cells classified as green-OFF and orange-OFF; and zone-based analysis of the flow cytometry screening data.
