Raw data for: Changes in microRNAs from plasma-derived extracellular vesicles related to fibrosis in eosinophilic esophagitis

Raw data supporting the manuscript "Changes in microRNAs from plasma-derived extracellular vesicles related to fibrosis in eosinophilic esophagitis" (Grueso-Navarro et al.). This deposit contains three files: 1) RNAseq_dataset.xlsx: differential gene expression results from small RNA sequencing of plasma-derived extracellular vesicles from patients with eosinophilic esophagitis, with patients grouped according to an EndoFLIP-based fibrotic phenotype (sequencing data also available at GEO, accession GSE275710). 2) Endoflip dataset.xlsx: EndoFLIP measurements and general clinical variables of the discovery and validation cohorts. 3) RT-qPCRs dataset.xlsx: RT-qPCR data of the validation cohort.
